Before i didn't mind the sanitary napkins i was using during my menstruation period as long as it doesn't give me rashes and allergies. Some sanitary napkins i used before bothers me a lot. I need to change every now and then coz it easily gets full and overflows. It's really a mess when it happens and its uncomfortable. These are the things that we girls worry about when choosing a sanitary napkin. We didn't know that there are lots of recycled sanitary napkins in the market today. And everyone knows that recycled are not safe enough. Especially when talking about womans safety. We must also consider the benefit we can get and know what are the risk we can get from it.
Most Sanitary napkins are made from bleached and recycled papers. It may cause rashes, inflammation and even Urinary Tract Infections. Women are prone to a lot of Vaginal/Bacterial infections during menstrual period. So lets be aware of all these risk that we might have girls. Why need take risk if we can avoid it?

I stopped using sanitary pads. Tried tampons and never looked back.
