I normally sleep late at night and wake up so late the next day. I also take a nap in the afternoon so it is why I can't sleep early during the night. I noticed that every time I took a short sleep I always had a bad dream. And it made me awake and so scared. It comes to a point that I don't wanna close my eyes again even if I am still sleepy.
It happened to me today and was scared. I can remember that there was a heavy rain and at the same time it was very windy. All the umbrellas were flown by the wind. It was like everyone were gonna fly.
Could someone tell me how to avoid this kind of dreams? I don't have any idea why I always have bad dreams when I sleep in day time.

I use to have the same problem until I finally put my foot down. I told myself that I would go to bed by a certain time and be up by a certain time. As long as I stick to it I do ok but if I waver from it then I get all messed up again. God Bless.
