I will sleep early tonight

I really feel so tired tonight and sleepy. My back is aching and having some headache. I just got home from playing badminton and open right away the pc . I talked to Jeff fast before he will go to work coz it's our chatting time every 10pm. But I am not going to stay here in front for long. I will need to lay my back and take sleep. These all maybe b'coz of my monthly period, from playing badminton and from the swimming yesterday. I can't even play well coz I can't just run fast coz you know.
