RSS Feed (xml)I am getting very upset with paypal now. I can't withdraw my earnings yet because they always deny my debit card. I have MetroBank and they don't accept. Then I applied BDO and still they said its denied by the bank. I really don't know what to do now. What do you think guys I should do? Please help!!

Well, you can always use the money in paypal to buy things online like in e-bay and etc.

I have been hearing bad feedback about paypal from paypal users in the Phil. Fortunately, paypal service here in Toronto has been great. Thanks for sharing you thoughts Vicy

aww, that sucks. i read from blogearner that she's getting a union bank debit card because they said that's the easiest one you can apply for. i still don't have a debit/credit card for paypal. thanks for the info. hope all will be fine.

Hi sis, i experienced that too but only with unionbank debit card, it is really frustrating. I will try to remember how I did mine. I forgot now, kay kuti man to kaau gud.
If you received your EON card already and you have questions try calling the manila customer service, the one that's really for EON debit, cos they know about it. This is the number I used before, you can find this at the back of your debit card too (02) 84-186.
Don't try asking the ladies at the Unionbank CDO about how to do it with Paypal cos when I did, they don't have any idea what I was talking about. Also the customer service from Manila is the one who will give you the 4-digit number expanded code number.
But first you need to deposit the amount of $1.95 dollars, or to be sure 500 pesos to your UnionBank debit card, they will get that amount from your card so it can be activated.
Also in your paypal account, enroll first at Paypal's Expanded Use Program, then wait a few days to get the 4 digit code. Mine was 4 days. After that you can call and get the code from Manila Customer service.

when you get here in USA, you will have your own bank account from here, its just easy. I guess Paypal have a hard time accessing accounts in the Philippines, but here in USA its easy. take care
