Why Use Seat Belts

Last night Jeff and I were so mad at these people having race at the freeway. We were on our way home from workout last night. They almost hit our car. I was so nervous right after but didn't noticed so well what really happened coz was talking to Jeff. The only thing I remember is when Jeff said my name and I saw the smoke on the road. It was our car. Thanks God Jeff directly push the button for the speed. I wasn't with my seat belt and so with Jeff. They were like in 100 kph and didn't care for other people. Jeff was really mad and ready to punch them..haha!!
