Netbooks alternative to a full size laptops

Taking a full size laptops with us while traveling is not that easy because it is quite heavy. I find it a little uncomfortable bringing it with me when we had our vacation. I saw people at the hotel lobby using a very cute, light weight laptops and just found out that they are called netbooks. I think netbooks are cute and so handy. I would really love to have one when I could. So I can carry it with me without carrying a heavy laptop. I am loving it while looking around online because it is more cheap and energy efficient compared to laptops. It is perfect for a small woman like me.

We're back from our New York Vacation

We went to New York for our first vacation and it was a wonderful experience for me and hubby. We left AZ last July 22nd and come back here yesterday July 28th. New York is a very nice tourist destination,with lots of big and tall buildings everywhere. There are many beautiful attractions to visit in New York which we've visited most of them. We stayed at Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers which is located very close to Times Square and we can even see the 2009 New Years Ball from our hotel room. I'll post some photos here tomorrow maybe, as of now I'm going to bed coz am tired. Good night everyone!!

Flowers, Plants, Bushes and Shrubs

I really really love flowers and plants and I wish I could just plant anything I want. When I was in Philippines, when my mom was still alive. We used to have flower garden and both of us are enjoying them. Now that I am here in Arizona, I am a wife and I want to have flowers in front our house but every time I buy flowers, most of them just die because of the heat. I don't know what flowers are good here during this time of the year. The temperature here during summer ranges from 92 to 112 degrees so far but may be higher in the next days. Flowers makes me feel good and relax always and I know many people does too. I am just here in the state where flowers can't survive especially summer time. I will look for certain flowers that I can have in our front hall way though, for sure there is. If you are flowers and plants lover also and looking for the right one, you can plant at your garden, you can visit a plant nursery and there you will find a lot of choices. There are very pretty flowers that I haven't seen before and there are also flowers that we had before at home in our garden in the Philippines. I just like it, if I'll have them, it will make me feel like home.

This will be my first 4th of July here in AZ with my husband. Last year I was still in the Philippines waiting for my flight going here. Finally now, Jeff and I are together with our daughter inside my tummy. We are planning to have grill and swimming at our pool tomorrow. Sounds fun to me especially swimming coz we don't swim often.
