I Went Swimming Today and Last Friday

Since I don't walk a lot normally coz I always wake up so late, swimming is my alternative. I know it is a good exercise for pregnant women. I decided to go swimming last friday afternoon for like an hour before we went to the gym. I just walked 20 minutes at the treadmill. Today again, I went swimming with my partner buddy. I don't want to go to the pool alone so every time I go swimming I invite our dog buddy and he really loves it. I honestly love to swim too but not alone. Jeff doesn't like to be in the pool much so my only choice is our dog buddy. I am sleepy and will go to bed for now coz am tired from my exercise.

Watch Straps

Why is it that most men doesn’t care much of their things like us women? There are few but most of them like my husband doesn’t care too much of his personal things like his watches, jewelry etc. Is it because they don’t have time to take care of it or they don’t really care? The very first thing that I had to take care of when I arrived here in Arizona in my new home with my husband is his Watch Straps because I saw some of his watches just being at the small box and I didn’t see him wore them. I asked him why and he told me that the straps are the problems. I said why is it that you didn’t bring them to the watch repair and he said he has more important things to do than bringing them to the shop. So I said ok, I’ll bring it with me when we will go grocery shopping and I did. As usual he has no time for it and it’s always me and my mother-in-law who do the shopping. Sure we did brought the watches with us and got the straps. Finally, I see Jeff using them every now and then which is good for him to have choices.

GoDaddy is Now Reminding Me for Renewal

I like that Godaddy reminds me now for the renewal even though my domain name will expire in November. I don't want to just forget to pay and stop it. I love having my blog and I will keep it as long as I can. So thank you GoDaddy for the reminder. I know all of us who's using Godaddy received the same reminder. By the way fellow bloggers, this will be my first renewal. I wanna ask when is the best time to renew? Do I need to wait til November or it is fine do it in advance?

Is it bad to sleep too much while pregnant?

Ever since I arrived here in the US my husband wants me to sleep many hours each day. I sleep like 14hours or more everyday. My husband loves to see me resting and he would just bring some food for me here in bed. I am so lucky coz he never demand or ask me to wake up early ever and thats what makes me love to sleep more. It gets worst now that I am pregnant. My body always feel tired and it makes me want to stay in bed the whole day. I normally wake up at 4pm, I take shower, cook my food and go to the gym with my husband. It is really seldom that I wake up a little earlier than the normal time so I clean the house at night after dinner. I am honestly worried coz sleeping too much makes me lazy. My doctor told me that it's ok to sleep before the baby comes coz I won't be able to sleep much anymore. So today, I started to wake up at 9am and want myself get use to it. I told my husband last night that I have to do it even though he don't want me to and he just said ok honey.

Thank you so much to all who commented on our baby's room post. I am glad and proud that you guys liked it. I honestly love it coz it's pink which is my favorite color. I don't show yet the whole room coz it's not yet arrange. The room is actually our baby's room/my office still so my pc is there also. There is another cabinet also for my things. I can't wait to finish the room decorations which I will do one at a time. This Sunday after church, Jeff and I are planning to go to Babies R Us to buy her crib. I've already looked the crib that I want to buy last Saturday with my mother-in-law. It is a crib and a changer attached to it with drawers. Our Baby Girl's Room

Yesterday, we went to a Filipino store which is 26 miles away from here in our house. Jeff and I were so disappointed because when we got there the store was close. Store hours during Sunday is only until 3pm and we arrived there 3:30pm, we were just 30 minutes late. So we ended up nothing from the store. We just drove back here at home with nothing. Before we left home, I was really trying to contact/call the store and ask if they are still open when we get there but the first dial I made says line is busy so I just stopped and also at the same time I was in a hurry. Jeff was already waiting at the car so I had no time to call them. I made a wrong choice, I should have call them before going there, I should have call the store in advance. Our time was wasted yesterday, it should be our nap time. Oh well, lesson learned!!

After the wedding at the court, we just went to a restaurant for dinner and came back here at home. We had our cake and champagne and that very moment, I couldn’t wait to take off my shoes. I took it off really and I was like whooh at last. It is a good lesson learned for me to remember. We will be having our church wedding in Philippines in the next 2 years, so I have to make sure that my shoes is not only cute and nice but also I should make sure that I am comfortable with it.

Finally I'm done putting up the wall borders at the baby's room

I've done painting the baby's room last month before we went to our vacation. Then last week I ordered some wall borders online and been delivered today at 3pm. I started right away putting them up at the wall and finally I'm done. It's a little work coz I have to put water on the prepasted border. My first time to do such thing and it was only me doing it. I needed to cut the border every now and then and just paste the next part for me to move the ladder. Well, the room looks very nice now. I will post some photos when I'm done arranging some things. I am so sleepy and still have 2 more hours

I am bored here at the clinic while waiting so I decided to open my page using my phone.This is how the test will be. I arrived here at 8am and they took blood from me after 5 minutes. The lady gave me the glucola drink and had to wait for an hour again then another blood. Right now they got twice already and the lady said they will get 2 more both an hour interval. I was thinking that I have to drink the glucola again but will only be once so I am just waiting for the lady to call me every hour to take blood again. I really really hope and praying that everything will be fine this time. Now I regret for eating and drinking too much sweets. Huhuhu!!

Im gonna have a Glucose Tolerance Test 3 Hours

I am awake now and ready to go to the clinic again for a 3 hours Glucose Tolerance Test. Unfortunately, the result was released yesterday from my first test last Tuesday and my sugar level is high so they have to give me more test again today. I will take the glucola drink again when I get there, an hour after they'll get a blood from me, after 2 hours i'll take the drink again and an hour more blood and finally take another drink and after an hour get more and more blood. I am honestly starving now and I am not allowed to eat breakfast. Tell you more later, I have to go coz hubby is waiting.

Taking Piano Lessons Online

One of my favorite thing to do since when I was a little girl is to learn on how to play a piano. I used to go to our church way back then just to play something even though I am not good. I had always played Happy Birthday again and again. I don't know what happened why I forget about it and now it is making me interested again.

My mom bought us a piano at home as I can recall and I remember I tried to play with the Piano Chords she bought also. I love to play but I had no determination to do it seriously. I Had My Glocula Test Early This Morning

This morning at 9:15 was my schedule for glucose tolerance test. It is a normal test for pregnant women at 24- 28 weeks to determine if I have gestational diabetes which we will know the result after a week from today. I had to wake up early this morning to get ready, ate something before I took the sweet drink (it taste like an orange flavor soda) an hour before the test has been made. I hope there's no problem with my sugar coz I've been eating lots of sweats on my first trimester. I was a little nervous for the test honestly, and when the lady took blood from me I got more nervous. I felt a bit pain when she did it, I told my husband that it feels like same with the blood extraction I had in Philippines which I got a very big bruise. I hope I won't have from this. When we were already at the room waiting for the doctor, the lady knocked the door and said she need to get another blood coz she did it wrong. I said Oh no! another pain. But anyways, I am here in bed again now and will take more sleep. My next doctor visit will be in 2 weeks, not every month anymore. I am getting closer to a weekly visit. We just can't wait for our baby girl to be with us soon.

Last month my husband and I spent our first vacation at New York. It was very fun and while we were there, we both are trying to find more places to visit. It would be so nice if we would have spent some time also at New Jersey amusement parks which I always love to do for enjoyment. I wish it is still our vacation this time so we could have fun at Radio Disney Summer Concert Series which started from June until August. It will be perfect because we don't have to spend more money for this exciting event, it is free and lots of Top Radio Disney artist will be there. Almost Passed out at the Church Today

Jeff and I went to church today as our normal sunday schedule. On our way to church, everything were fine. I didn't feel anything wrong until we arrived there. We got there on time, we've got there before offering time and the sermon. At the middle part of the sermon, I started to feel something wrong. My heart was racing and I couldn't catch my breath. The whole church were starting to get dark and was really scared. I told my husband and all I did was hold him tight and he was nervous. I really hated that moment coz the feeling was too bad. I've passed out once before when I was still in Philippines, I had bad fever that time and I needed to go to the early doctor appointment for check up, Thanks God my brother was with me during that time coz I asked him to go with me at the hospital. So I know the feeling of passing out. It's like I'm gonna die. Nways, to make the long story short I still managed to finish the church and I just stayed here in bed until 7pm. Now I am feeling better but still thinking what was the caused why I almost fainted. On tuesday will be my doctors check up and diabetes test so we will ask my obgyn about it.

I'm 1 Year Today here in AZ

It's been a year now since I first arrived here in Arizona to be with my wonderful husband Jeff. Time came by too fast for us. This time and day last year, I was here in bed sleeping because I was so tired from the very long flight from Cagayan de Oro to Manila and then Manila to Los Angeles to Phoenix. I am honestly very happy here with my husband and very very excited for our baby girl. She will be with us in less than 3 months. The next months will be exciting for us because on October will be our 1st year wedding anniversary, November our baby girl will be with us, Thanksgiving will be next, my birthday and then Christmas and New Year.

Going to the Gym

Hello everyone! I'm gonna leave for a while to go workout with hubby. As usual since I came here, we always go to the gym every week nights. My husband has been doing it even when I was still in my home country. I don't lift weights for now coz you know I am preggy. I just do some leg exercise and walk at the treadmill for like 10-30 minutes. I have to walk really coz when I'm here at home, I sleep until 2 or 4pm. In short, I don't even walk a lot. I'm bad but I am now trying to charge because when the baby comes, I won't be able to sleep whenever I want. Happy Birthday my sistahs

It's my sistahs birthday this month. My sister Ana at the right side on the 1oth and my sister Grace on the 1st. I miss hanging out with them. When I was still in the Philippines, we used to spend time together. We used to go out watch movie, lunch and dine out or just at home talking with my other sister and my bro.

They went to the province last week and have a small celebration of their birthday. I called them during that time for almost an hour and heard them singing on karaoke. I talked to them and they tried to tell me how much fun they were having which made me missed them more. These are some of my family members in the Philippines, my sister Joy, Ana, Grace, Vivian and her daughter Jai2x and my Papa.

We will find a tuxedo vest or something for him to wear during our wedding. I can't blame him for that because he never tried before. It's not a big deal to me as long as it's formal and presentable.

I don't like fish anymore

Before, I really love to eat fish in any way of cooking it. Now it makes me vomit when I smell or see fish. It started when I first got pregnant. During my first month of pregnancy, me and hubby used to go to Mekong which is an asian market here in AZ to buy fish. We went there and bought lots of fish, I cooked them and never eat them all because after eating once, I didn't want to eat anymore and I just put them on the refrigerator and turned out throwing in the garbage. I just wasted the food and I felt so guilty. So after that I didn't buy fish anymore and don't know if I would love fish again after my pregnancy.

3 more months to go

In 3 months I will be a mom and I can't wait for that time. I am now 6 months pregnant and my tummy is huge already. Our baby girl keeps on moving and kicking inside my big tummy especially when I am in bed relaxing. Sometimes she makes me awake the whole night, I just couldn't sleep because there are times that she's awake until morning. I love feeling her moving inside my tummy and talking to her too. I really can't wait to hold her and take care of her. I wish I could just have her now, so excited mommy and dad she have which for sure most mom and dad feels when expecting a baby especially when it's the first one.
