Baby Mac at 1 month

Time really goes so fast. A month ago I delivered baby Mac and now she is 1 month old. Until now I can't believe still that I have a very precious daughter that I am taking care of. Few months ago, one of our air conditioner stopped working. I remember it was the start of summer and oh this is Arizona. Nobody can live here without it. I've been listening to Christmas Songs since the 16th of this month at a satellite radio in DirecTV and there's one song that caught my attention. It was my very first time to hear the song which I know some of you heard and know the song so well. I love the song and especially its message and I can't help it but to search the lyrics and a video. I've read that it is originally sung by Michael Buble and was written by David Foster. I've tried to search a video of Michael but couldn't find any. So this is what I got

Christmas Cards

Christmas is really in the air. I can now feel it. It is time to send holiday cards to our love ones. This time I want to send a photo christmas cards . Because last year I just sent my family in Philippines a regular card and inserted our photo inside. But not anymore this christmas, it will be different for a change. How about you? Did you send yours already? By the way, I have to mail the cards as early as now because it takes longer to arrive in the Philippines, maybe 20 days or more. I will still send some photos together with some cards but not to all.

My Cell phone shut off

I was waiting a call from a friend and was keep checking if she sent a message or I've missed a call. A friend will visit me today and baby Mac. Suddenly my phone went off and I didn't know why. It made me worried for a while but after taking out the battery and turning on twice its back again. Whew! Thanks God it is working now. Nways, I think she's here now coz I heard the door bell. Bye for now!

Christmas Sheet Music and Carols

There are many holidays in a year but for me the best one is the Christmas Holiday. It is my favorite since when I was a kid and it makes me excited because as we all know it is fast approaching. It is not really about presents but the feeling that I have during this time. The Christmas decorations and Christmas Carols are what makes me feel happy and excited.

I even remember way back then that we played Christmas Music in drum and bugle using a lyre because that was what I played in my grade school. We always start practicing in September and have our presentation in October. All members who played instruments had to have Christmas Sheet Music so we can master it fast. It helps a lot than just watching the trainer play and follow. Well anyway, do you guys started to decorate yet? I have not started yet because I am a little busy with my little princess. I will start putting up Christmas decorations soon. I am listening to Christmas music everyday in satellite radio. I love it!

Everything About Moving

As I have mentioned on my older post, Jeff and I have been planning to buy a brand new house but cheaper than this house where we are living right now. We were really expecting that we can do it this year but it is not possible because banks are very strict in lending money. They are so smart now when it comes to loans. They are so tired and fed up of those who had loans for their house and then when the time they can’t pay anymore, they just let go the house and transfer to another house. So now, even though you have good credits, it is not a guarantee that they will lend you a money. Just like what happened to us, although Jeff has a good credit, they just don’t lend him money. They need to make sure that we can pay all the bills including this house and the new one if ever we will let somebody rent this. Because our plan is to let a family rent this house while we will wait for the housing market to go back up and sell it.

Well, hopefully next year it will happen because we really want to transfer to a new cheaper house. I can’t wait for that time so we will have cheaper house bill. For sure it will be a big work for me and Jeff. The moving time will be the hard part. We both know that it’s a lot of work but since we will just do it once so it’s hard but yet exciting. We might need to search for a Cheap Conveyancing to help us with all the legal works or maybe not. It depends on Jeff’s schedule during that period of time. Conveyancing Quote will be very useful for the moving process to know what firm has a cheaper service. My husband and I could do the paper works and anybody could but the problem is when there are legal papers that we might forget and it will make the process slower. Baby Mac gained weight and now 2 inches taller

Last Tuesday we went to baby Mac's pediatrician. It was her first check up. All is fine and the doctor was glad that baby Mac is now 7.6 lbs and she was 6.12 lbs when she was born. Her pedia was happy because normally babies at her age loss weight but she doesn't. So he told us to continue whatever I am doing (nursing her). Jeff and I are very happy about it. Another good news is that she is 2 inches taller now. She's doing really great and hopefully it will continue in the next following days, weeks and months.
