There are times when I call my dad in the Philippines, he's telling me about his arthritis problem. He didn't complain to me how painful it is but I know it is very painful because he couldn't walk well and sometimes he just stayed in bed for days. Arthritis is the only health issue that makes him really need to stop doing what he normally does. And I hate when it happens, it breaks my heart. I love my dad so much and I don't want him in pain. But my dad is hard headed sometimes though, he eats food that he is not supposed to eat. My dad is 73 already and I hope he can just enjoy life without pain. I think he just take an arthritis treatment whenever it happens. Well, that's life, sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are in pain.
Last night I talked to him on the phone. He sounds happy but was worried, I made him. haha! I didn't mean to make him worry. The reason why is that he sent me text messages twice the other day and I didn't replied for the first time immediately. My fault, I was just busy with something. Anyway, I miss my dad so very much and I can't wait to see him and hug him when we visit Philippines next year.
