To be able to be admitted to college is not that easy. First you need to pass the standardized test that colleges and universities use to assess to one's qualifications. It is called the SAT, designed to measure critical thinking and problem solving skills that are essential for success in college. I remember when I was ready to step on college, I took two exams from two different schools because I failed the first one. The passing score was 85% and I only got 83%. So I took another exam from other school and finally I passed.
Anyhow, it will be so helpful to pass the test if we will take the sat prep courses. Then, we will be ready when it's time to do the test. We really have to do good job before the universities will allow us to be part of them. My niece has just graduated in high school last month and she will be taking the admission test.
