Pot Rack

Being a mom, it is my job to keep everything organized at home. Well, my husband helps me in a way but I do all mostly. It’s not easy to keep all in place especially with a 23 months old daughter being into everything. I just really do my best to organize things around the house. In our kitchen though, I have hard times looking for the right pots or pans whenever I need one for cooking my food. It would be nice to have an enclume pot rack so it will be easier for me to find what I need.  

At home, I put all the kitchen utensils inside the cabinets. They seem organized but when it comes to getting them out, it would take me long time to finally get what I am looking for. I believe that enclume pot racks would be a good solution to my concern but I doubt if I can attach it inside the cabinet. There’s just nowhere to put an enclume potracks in my kitchen other than inside the cabinet. I will try to browse online and see if I could find one that would work. If not then I guess I have no choice but to deal with what I have now. Hopefully in our next house, there will be an easier way to arrange my kitchen utensils and at the same time I will have easy access whenever I will need them.

Are you going to further your education? No matter what course you want to get, remember that everything is possible as long as you’re eager to do it and work hard to finish it. You can be an enrolled agent if you want and if it is what you would love to do. Of course just like all courses, you have to go through a special enrollment examination first. I hate that there are exams before we can be accepted in a school but that's the way it is. We can't change the policy and all we can do is follow.

I Got My Driver License

So yesterday was my second and last driving lesson with my driving instructor. We drove at my neighborhood for a while just to make sure that I didn't forget how to drive and still remembers everything that he taught me. He asked me if I practiced driving after our first driving session last Monday and I said no. He was surprised that I can drive well. So we went to the commercial road and headed to a parking lot to practice my parking. I did pretty good but still need more practice to really master it. We then went to the driving school office to get my driving certification. On our way to MDV, he let me drove at the highway and freeway and I can drive well. I like driving at the freeway than on a highway or commercial road because there's no traffic lights. The only reason why some people are scared to drive in a freeway is because you have to speed up matching the speed limit. I wasn't scared and I am proud of myself. My friends and family can't believe that I got my license already even I only drove three times, well technically just twice because my first driving with my husband was just at the parking lot and I didn't even use the accelerator. Tomorrow I am going to practice more driving with my husband. I am happy and excited to drive now. Finally, I did it! I can't wait to have my own car early next year right when we get back from our 2 weeks vacation.

Worry Free At The Gym

Going to the gym during week nights to workout with my husband and some days with my friends have been normal to me recently. I am enjoying the dancing class with my friends and being with my husband at the gym during week nights means a lot to me and to him too. It really feels good to be able to exercise at the gym. Regular exercise is very important to be healthy. Anyway, there are so many people coming in and out at the gym and of course we have valuable things that we really have to put to a locker. It is one thing at the gym that people always check before joining the fitness gym. To ask about lockers are normal since safety of our personal belongings should come priority also. How can we concentrate working out if we keep worrying about our things, right? Having lockers at the gym just makes us feel comfortable and secure. It is a very good idea that they have it ready for us to use whenever we needed one.

Just Chillin While Mackenzie Is Taking A Nap

I have no plans with my friends today until the evening so I cleaned the house and just sitting here right now in front of tv while Mackenzie is taking a nap. I put her to nap so she won't get cranky later tonight at the gym while me and my friends will do our Zumba class. Our kiddos have been crying at the kids klub lately because of no nap. We've doing a lot this past few days so we're not home during nap time. By the time we get to the gym, they're sleepy and starts crying. Instead of doing the class, we end up taking them home which means no class and workout. So hopefully tonight, we can do the class for an hour and a little some more workout. It's will just be only Mackenzie who will be in the klub and not my friend's kiddos coz their dad's will watched them. My husband will in the gym working out too as always so he can't babysit. lol! I'm pretty excited to do the Zumba tonight and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Mackenzie will do good playing at the klub so I don't need to stop.

We need ink soon

My husband normally buys multiple laser ink cartridges for our printer so we don't need to go back to the store many times. I don't really do a lot of printing but my husband does. I would say he prints over a hundred of pages everyday for his work papers. He is always so busy at work so he doesn't have time always to go to the store just to buy an ink. So I mentioned to him about ordering online to save him time. He told me that he will probably do it.

Driving With The Insructor

Yesterday, I finally had my first 3 hour driving session with my instructor. The schedule is 9am to 12pm so I had to wake up earlier than I should and besides my husband and I had to drop Mackenzie to my friend's house. Gladly my driving instructor arrived 15 minutes late so I had enough time to prepare. Then he let me drove around our neighborhood for a while and then to the commercial road. He didn't have to teach me the basics because last Sunday, my husband taught me at the church parking lot for few minutes. Nways, honestly I was thinking I will just be driving at the parking lot on our first session but nope. My instructor told me that I know how to drive pretty good so that's why he let me go to a bit busy road. 

This Friday he will teach me how to park and master the left and right turn because I couldn't do it well yet and not been taught by him nor my husband. I am proud of myself because it was really my first time to drive in a busy road and my second time to practice and I did it. Hopefully Friday I will be get my drivers license because that's what my instructor told me. I am pretty excited! Who wouldn't be, right? All first time drivers are!

So Exhausted!

We normally go to bed and sleep between 12am and 1am but tonight I have to sleep early. It's only 10:50pm right now but my eyes are closing and my body is tired. Today, my friends picked me up to go the gym for a dance class. It is a 1 hour Latin dance but we stayed there for 2 hours. We did some other exercise and went home. When I got home my husband is still at home getting ready for workout so I went with him again. I went to a separate gym twice today and that's why I am so tired. In the afternoon tomorrow, we have a place to visit and then go to the gym again for the Zumba class. This time we're going to the LA Fitness gym where me and my husband regularly go to. Nways, for now all I want is to sleep coz I am really very tired. Good night!

Zumba With Friends

I had a pretty busy day today with friends. A friend picked me up again this morning to go to the Asian Market to buy some food and to her house. We cooked the food and then some more friends came over to eat with us. We always have fun when we're all together. What we do when we are together is eat and laugh. I brought workout clothes with me coz we planned to go the the gym for a zumba class. It is also a LA Fitness gym but not where me and my husband go to every week nights. It is closer to my friends house. So I didn't go with my husband tonight coz I was with my friends. It was our first day to be in the zumba class and we loved it. We'll be going every Mondays and Wednesdays and our kiddos will be at the kids klub while we do the zumba.

It's A Girl!

So it's a girl! My sister just had the ultrasound the other day and she just found out that she's having a baby girl. We've been waiting to know the baby's gender and we're excited. Her due date is December 8 which means we're going to see the baby for sure when we get there for Christmas. It's her second child and she can't wait to see her baby girl soon. Wow! It is still very fresh to me when I was pregnant. Maybe in 2 or 3 years, we'll have another baby and I would love to have a baby boy. Of course whatever God will give us is very fine. Just a thought since I have a girl already, I would love a boy.

How Important To Own A Car

I’ve never thought how very important having a car until 3 years ago. I came to a country where the basic form of transportation is the public vehicles. Back there, it is not that necessary to own a car because you can just take jeepney, taxi, bus and tricycle to your destination. Now that I am here in Arizona, I have no choice but to learn how to drive and hit the road soon. Having a car here in the US is almost a must. That’s why I did my first step to driving on my own. I took the written test and got my instruction permit couple of weeks ago. In ten days, I will be having my driving lesson with my driving instructor for six hours and I am pretty excited honestly. As I’ve mentioned recently, we will buy a pre-owned car and that is very fine with me. We just need to be practical especially that we are going to an out of country family vacation and then moving to a new house at the same time frame.

Anyway, as soon as I know how to drive well then I’m ready to buy my own car. We know where to buy a car because there are many car dealers close where we live. I Am Expecting A Small Package

Two weeks ago, I sent money to my sister in the Philippines to buy some Filipino food and send it back to me here in Arizona. I didn't expect that the shipping will be three times the price of the food. I was shocked of the shipping cost but I realized that it must be the canned food that made it expensive. It was weighed so it's probably it. When my sister told me how much she had to pay at the Philippine Postal, I told her that she should have called me first. I would have just cancel it and just give the food to them. It's just not worth to pay more for the shipping than the value of the goods. But since there's nothing we can do about it now, I will just wait for the package to arrive. It's not really a lot of food but something that I really miss to eat back home. I am pretty excited to finally received it though. It's going to be delivered any day next week or it might be tomorrow. My sister told me that it will arrive here in 7 to 8 days. I'm just gonna wait and enjoy the food but I don't think I will do it again.

I just went outside to throw the garbage and it feels good coz the temperature is not bad. It honestly feels cooler because of the cloudy sky. I Got Calls From Friends Today

Early this morning my friends invited me to have breakfast at a Filipino restaurant in Phoenix. It was only 8am and I was still so sleepy and Mackenzie was sleeping. I really wanted to go with them but it was a last minute invitation which I really hate. And besides if I did woke up Mackenzie, it would take more than 1 hour for us to get ready so I declined and just continue sleeping. I woke at around 11:30am because Mackenzie was awake already and playing. So I fixed myself and my baby and went to the kitchen. I fed her with the toddler food while my rice was cooking. I then cooked shrimp adobo and ate. 

At around 12:30pm my friend called me and she asked if I'm going somewhere and I said no. She asked me if she can come over with her two little angel, I couldn't say no, lol! They arrived here at my house at 2:45pm and I let them eat the shrimp I cooked with rice. I guess they liked it especially the daughter. She even asked me if she bring some food home so I gave her all the shrimp adobo and some rice. We had fun today! On Monday, we will probably be at my friend's house just a get together with some more friends and of course with Filipino to eat. Nways, tomorrow I am going to another friend's house. A friend will pick me up at noon tomorrow. So I better wake up earlier than usual.

My Sister Is 5 Months Pregnant

Four months from now, my older sister will be having another baby. It will be her second child. I can't wait to know the gender of her baby. She will have her ultrasound this month. We might see the baby when we get there for our vacation. Anyway, after the baby will born, the very next thing that my sister and her husband will do is the christening. In-N-Out for dinner

Sundays are lazy days for me. I wake up late and stayed at the bedroom most of the day. My mother-in-law always cook breakfast during Sundays so as soon as Mackenzie wakes up, I eat with her in bed. My husband just bring the food to our bedroom for us. After eating the breakfast at 9:30am, I let Mackenzie played while I lay in bed watching her. We then took a nap at 12:30pm and hubby joined us and we all woke up at around 4:00pm. We took a shower and went to the kitchen, fed Mackenzie and I ate some melon coz I was hungry. I cleaned to floor around the house and we had drive thru at In-N-Out at 6:00pm. So that's how our day goes. Nways, tomorrow is Labor Day and most people are off from work. It is a long weekend but not for hubby. He's got couple of appointments tomorrow. Me and Mackenzie will go to my friend's house too just to hang out and cook some Filipino food.

I am pretty contented with my web hosting provider but I am thinking of changing it. The reason why is that I want to save money. I know there are many web hosts out there that I will surely be contented with also with less yearly payment. I went to the Asian Market again last Tuesday with one of my friends and bought some vegetables, meat, fish and more. My friend was just inviting me to go with her because she wants to buy a big fish and sweet potato leaves for salad so we can have lunch at her house.
