Tomorrow Is The Day

Tomorrow will be our closing date for the house that we are buying. My husband and I are so excited to move soon. Who wouldn't be, right? We have most of the furniture because we are going to bring all our things with us but we are thinking of buying a new bed and sofa. Our california king bed is too big for our new bedroom and our old sofa really looks old and so many dog scratches. I have been looking around lately just to get an idea or maybe really buy it if we'll like it. I came across many websites that sells furniture and I actually saw some los angeles furniture that I really like. Anyways, I can't wait to move and I have been so busy packing our things these past few days. There are still a lot of things to pack. Thankfully, we don't have to worry about moving on time since we still own this house and we'll just have it for rent probably starting February 1st.

My Friend's Birthday and Pacquiao Fight

We have an event to attend this coming Saturday at my friend's house. It will be my friend's birthday party and at the same day at night we will watch the Marquez-Pacquiao fight. It's going to be a fun and exciting day. All our friends will be there and my husband will be going with me too and probably his friend. I will be going early that day so I can help my friend cook and prepare everything for the big day. Tomorrow afternoon we're going to the market to buy stuffs that we need for Saturday.

We Got The House

My husband and I were checking out houses lately that are for sale. Since we started looking because we are ready to buy one, we only saw two houses and we got the one that we really like today. We submitted an offer and wrote a contract yesterday and fortunately it is accepted this morning. We are so happy and excited to move in as soon as we get back from our vacation by January next year. The house has four bedrooms just like what we have now but the size is half of this house which is perfect. It's not practical to live in a big house and have lots of bills during this bad economy.

What I like so much with this house is that the size is perfect. I like the carpeted bedrooms, the tile floor and the granite counter tops at the kitchen and even the bathrooms. We need to figure out carefully how we're gonna fit our things or what things we should bring. Well, for sure it's never going to fit so we need to get rid of so many things. We might need to have a garage sale. Nways, I am going to miss living in this house but we have to change our way of living for now. This is going to be our house still and we'll have it for rent. We can still come back here anytime we want one day. But what I am feeling now is excitement. I have lots of packing to do soon and start moving things at the new house by December 1st. I honestly don't know where to begin packing haha.

Paypal Debit Card Unknown Transactions

I thought it's not gonna happen to me again but it just did. I think 3 years ago, I disputed an unauthorized purchase with my paypal debit card. It was only $30 but I didn't just let it go. I worked hard for it and I'm not going to give it away that easy. Nways, last 27th and 28th of this month, I got an unexpected email notification from paypal stating the debit card purchase. I was really surprised because both are the same purchased early in the morning while I was sleeping. The first one is a purchase from JIBJABMEDIA and the second is from MEGASHOP BG SOFIYA BG. I have no idea how did it happened but I was really upset. I called paypal right away about it and disputed the first one that's already completed in status and today I disputed the second one because it just completed. I am hoping that I will get back my money. The total is $76 and I want a refund. I already cancelled my debit card so no one can use it again without my knowledge.
